Returns and Refunds Policy
Our policy is 30 days. Sorry, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Multiple types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products, or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has certain parts missing for reasons other than our fault.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your application.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be made to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please double check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Often times, processing time is required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps you still have not received a refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale item (if applicable)
Refunds can only be made for items at regular prices. Unfortunately, sales items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item in this case, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org: Hanauer Straße 68, 80993 Munich, Germany.
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the return. As soon as we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver chose to receive the item first and gift it to you later, we will send the giver a refund and they will know that you have returned the item .
To return a product, you must post it to Hanauer Strasse 68, 80993 Munich, Germany.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
If you're shipping an item valued at more than $ 75, consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are sending back.
